Use
Our company is licensed according to the law of 05/03/1990 n. 46 art. 1, lett. A. C. D. E. By the end we will have created a
monolithic structural counter – tube,
without any joint, waterproof from the generator to the opening in the atmosphere, with a
perfect endurance from smoke and condenses, good level of elasticity, heat resistant (for details look at the technical characteristics) thermoinsulating in which material with poor heat conductivity, and high powered
electrical insulation or rather able to guarantee the
maximum certainty against lightning and other atmospheric phenomena, extended abrasion resistance, completely
corrosion and aggressive chemical acid resistant, high mechanical resistance. This pipe control may integrally stick to the existing pipe (axle curves and movements included), or create a structure with a section similar to the heat generator in which the smoke comes out, inserted in a small courtyard with a wider section.
The internal surface will turn out smooth and regular improving the flowing of the combustion products; the thickness of the sheath will turn out about 2-3 mm.
For the application of technology the existing accesses are used and
the return to brickwork will almost be invisible.
USE: The proposed system represents an internal covering of the existing smoking pipe, therefore adaptable to any kind of surface.
It’s guaranteed for 30 years and it’s type-tested for the functioning of the pipes in positive pressure and exceptional for the recovery of the flues in eternit
without recurring to A.S.L. plans for the clearance of asbestos.
The most important aspect is the use of the technique for the restoration of the flues used as heat generators with power above 35KW gas stoked, gas oil, and oil combustibles. Still today when we think about smoking pipe restoration we almost exclusively consider the necessities of the single flue, so often we do not linger on the fact that almost all of the heat generators in activity are still the traditional kind and work with smoke temperatures that arrive from 200° to 300° and above.
Such devices, due to their old age and the elevated use of combustible are changed with new ones of
the new generation of high efficiency, of low polluted emissions, and condensation.
The new techniques used lead to an elevated reduction of consumptions and to the destruction of atmospheric pollution; the temperature of such devices comes out less for example 120°-160°C for high efficiency, 40°-80° C for condensation, producing an elevated quantity of condensates. In situations of this kind the pipe covered with the sheath
, with the characteristics described above, is absolutely acid condensate proof guaranteeing the length and steadiness in time, where for example the covering of pipes with inox steel can not be totally guaranteed. At last, the sheath
, is suitably fit for pipe restoration or small courtyards for the service of smoke cowls of combustible gas kitchens, aspiring cowls, even for public surroundings (ex. restaurants), since, for the reasons listed above, it doesn’t allow the spreading of smokes and or odours through it’s whole extent and till the opening level in the atmosphere.
